Nitin Gandhi

Nitin Gandhi is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Associate Vice President and General Manager at JSW Energy Ltd since December 2021, Nitin leads the project development and management of substantial wind projects across India, overseeing all stages from site selection to turbine installation, while ensuring budget control and risk management. Previously, Nitin worked at Shapoorji Pallonji Group where the focus was on procurement and project development of various solar projects, including international projects in Egypt and Vietnam. Nitin's career also includes significant roles at Essar Power and Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, where expertise in thermal power project management was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR and Finance, a PG Diploma in Electricity Regulation, and a Strategic Leadership Program from IIM Ahmedabad.
