Shailendra Singh

Shailendra Singh is an experienced professional in digital transformation and smart manufacturing, currently serving as Deputy General Manager at JSW Energy Ltd, where responsibilities include leading digitalization initiatives in renewable and thermal energy sectors. Previously, Shailendra held the position of Senior Manager at PGP Glass Pvt. Ltd., overseeing smart manufacturing and IIOT projects, and was Section Head for Industry 4.0 at UPL. Shailendra's earlier roles at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam and Bosch India focused on strategy formulation and implementation of Industry 4.0 projects and smart automation. Shailendra began the career as an Assistant Engineer at Maharashtra Seamless Limited and holds an MBA in Manufacturing Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
