Vijay Ingole

Vijay Ingole is an experienced professional in the power sector, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Plant at JSW Energy Ltd since May 2025. Prior to this role, Vijay held the position of Deputy COO for an 1800 MW Thermal Power Plant and Head of a 2400 MW Power Plant at Vedanta Limited's Aluminium Business from December 2021 to May 2025, contributing to the Vedanta Jharsuguda Smelter Complex. From June 2017 to November 2021, Vijay was the Head of Asset Integrity at Talwandi Saboo Power Limited. Earlier in their career, Vijay served as Head of Maintenance and Planning at Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, overseeing operations across three power plants and leading a team of young engineers. Vijay began their career as an Assistant Manager at ACC Limited. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Nagpur University and a Boiler Operating Engineer certification from Chhattisgarh state.
