Jaideep Sen

Jaideep Sen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the coatings industry, holding the position of Associate Vice President at JSW Paints since December 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing industrial coatings. Prior to this role, Jaideep served as General Manager at Clean Coats and as Vice President of Sales Marketing at Nanova Care Coat, a pioneering start-up in nanotechnology-based coatings. Jaideep's career began at Asian Paints, advancing through various roles including National Head of Sales for Protective Coatings, where strategic growth initiatives were implemented, as well as leadership in business development and product management. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Biochemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a BSc in Chemistry from Fergusson College.
