Ritika Chopra

Ritika Chopra currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at JSW Paints since December 2024. Prior to this role, Chopra was the Head of Human Resources for Purplle.com, overseeing the Consumer Packaged Goods sector from April 2023 to December 2024, and held several positions at Amazon from December 2020 to April 2023, including Sr HR Business Partner for Prime Video India and Sr. HR Program Manager for APAC & MEA. Additionally, Chopra has significant experience in the retail sector, having worked at Pantaloons as Head of Human Resources West and in various HR roles, as well as at Madura Fashion & Lifestyle and Aditya Birla Group. Education includes an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Fergusson College.
