Vipin George

Vipin comes with 10+ years of core HR experience. Prior to joining JSSL in Nov 2018, he was associated with the French Container Shipping giant, CMA CGM, setting up their captive shared services as Lead in Business Partnering , HR Operations, Engagement and Talent Acquisition. This is Vipin's second stint at JSSL having worked with us for 6 years during his previous tenure.

At JSSL, Vipin is tasked with defining the driving the people agenda for the organisation and creating an environment where people thrive and contribute to the best of their abilities.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Kerala University and an MBA in Human Resources from Mumbai University.

Vipin is an ardent football enthusiast and manages a 5-a-side football team. He also holds an advisory position with DISHA - a CSR initiative with his previous employers, CMA CGM.
