Michelle Norman

Michelle Norman serves as the Chief Corporate Soul Officer (CHRO) at JSX, where responsibilities include leading all aspects of Human Resources to enhance employee experience in alignment with business objectives. Prior to JSX, Michelle held multiple leadership roles at Mary Kay Global from January 1997 to August 2024, culminating as Vice President of Global Total Rewards, Development & HR Technology, focusing on various HR functions and employee engagement. Earlier experience includes positions at Texas Instruments, starting as a Human Resources Manager and progressing through various HR roles. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
