David le Couilliard

David Le Couilliard serves as the Network Operations Centre Manager at JT Group Limited since March 2018, overseeing live network monitoring, performance analysis, and service quality management, while also acting as the CAB Chair. Prior to this role, David held multiple positions within JT Group, including Programme Lead & Head of Field Engineering for Fibre Services and Consumer Solutions Manager, managing teams of over 140 and 50 colleagues respectively. With a career starting in the late 1980s, David has held various roles in sales, operations, and engineering across different companies, including Panasonic UK and Palladium Leisure, showcasing a diverse background in management and technical services. David's educational foundation was established at Le Rocquier Secondary in Jersey.
