Lucy Wilson is an accomplished Senior Technical Project Manager at JT Group Limited since June 2015, leading a team of Service Delivery Managers to provide managed services to enterprise customers in the Channel Islands. Throughout their tenure, Lucy has held several pivotal roles, including JT AV Product Manager and Service Delivery & Deployment Support Manager, collaborating closely with the Head of Product on channel enablement strategies for international businesses. Previous experience includes serving as a Transition & Change Coordinator at JT and as a Project Coordinator at TTS, where responsibilities involved the implementation of client projects and team management. Lucy completed education at Massey University and Jersey College for Girls.
