Sally Russell

Sally Russell currently serves as the Head of Solution and Service Design at JT Group Limited since January 2022, leading a multi-disciplinary team in demand management, technical project delivery, service and process design, and overseeing the Network Operations Centre. Prior roles at JT Group Limited include Head of Service Design, Head of Global Propositions, and various positions in product development and marketing, reflecting a strong focus on service design and product innovation. Earlier experience at Supernet Limited as Sales & Marketing Assistant culminated in a solid foundation for a career in marketing and product development. Sally Russell holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Jersey Business School, completed in 2003.
