Sean Halpin

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Sean Halpin joined J.T. Magen in 2010 to lead operations.

As operations director, he reviews the needs for all projects in the northeast region with budget and delivery deadlines in mind. His coordination with the J.T. Magen project management and estimating teams ensure jobsite efficiency and productivity. He also directs advanced systems for project management, insurance, risk, health and safety, billing, collections and project closeout.

Sean Halpin earned his professional credentials in Quantity Surveying in Ireland through a rigorous seven-year program with professional qualifying exams. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the pre-eminent representative body for Chartered Quantity Surveyors worldwide.

His construction and real estate development experience includes project management, contract negotiation and administration, property development, site evaluation, appraisals, asset management, risk assessment, auditing and reporting.

Previously, Sean Halpin owned his own consulting company, and was also a director of a publicly traded real estate development company.
