Vincent Ryan

Vincent Ryan is a 20+ year veteran in the construction industry who still believes in daily site visits, team and client communications, and strong project management to ensure quality control, budget and schedule.

On key J.T. Magen projects, Vincent Ryan supervises estimating, budgets, value engineering, subcontracts, scheduling, site evaluation, facility master planning, design development coordination, construction administration and supervision, utilities coordination, regulatory filing, permitting and project handover.

Vincent Ryan is a hands-on executive who joined J.T. Magen in 2000. His portfolio of projects ranges from nationwide rollouts of retail stores and flagships to large-scale data centers.

He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the pre-eminent representative body for Chartered Quantity Surveyors worldwide. He earned an honors degree in Quantity Surveying at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, a seven-year program with professional qualifying exams, as well as a diploma in construction economics.
