Carol Graham

Carol joined JTC in August 2014. In her current role as Group Head of HR, Carol is responsible for implementing HR strategies that support business growth and the achievement of JTC’s strategic objectives.

Carol is supported in this by a global team of HR professionals who manage end-to-end HR services across all jurisdictions.

Carol has over 30 years’ experience in HR and Learning and Development. Prior to joining JTC Carol started her career in the UK Public Sector but has spent the last 20 years in the financial services industry working for a Jersey headquartered global law firm and a major Swiss bank.
