Andy Etkind

Andrew Etkind is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, compliance, and risk management. Currently serving as General Counsel for JTEKT North America Corporation since June 2018, Andrew oversees legal functions for a $3 billion enterprise and provides counsel to executive leadership. As Counsel and Principal at AME Group Holdings, Andrew offers innovative legal solutions across various domains. Previous roles include General Counsel and Vice President of Business Affairs at Smiths Group plc, where Andrew managed legal affairs for multiple business units, and General Counsel and Director of HR/Corp Affairs at Komatsu Forklift USA, where Andrew established a legal department and directed corporate transactions. Andrew began a legal career at The Home Depot and Marriott International, focusing on risk management and corporate transactions. Andrew holds a JD from Emory University's School of Law and a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University.
