Kristen Kozan has over 29 years of experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at JTEKT Corporation since March 2006. Throughout the tenure at JTEKT, Kristen has held various roles, including Senior Manager of Human Resources, Manager of the HR Global Planning Group, and Compensation and Benefits Manager, focusing on developing and administering employee benefit plans for a corporate office of 125 team members. Prior to joining JTEKT, Kristen was the Manager of Administration at Niles America Michigan, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed administration, human resources, accounting, finance, and IT for a manufacturer of automotive switches.
