Kyle Britt

Kyle Britt, E.I. serves as a Quality Manager at JTEKT North America Corporation since January 2019, previously holding the position of Quality Supervisor. Responsibilities include leading the installation of a Vickers case depth gauge, simplifying machine vision inspection processes, and training staff to reduce false reject rates. As a Production Engineer, Kyle coordinated the transfer of grinding and assembly lines, designed systems to minimize downtime, and conducted cost-saving initiatives, achieving significant savings in labor and operational costs. Prior experience includes a student worker role at Tennessee Technological University and an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op at ZF Group, where Kyle contributed to various engineering projects.
