Petr Novak has extensive work experience in various managerial roles within the automotive industry. Petr began their career in 1998 at Ingersoll Rand, where they participated in their Leadership Development Program and later became a Finance Manager for a manufacturing plant in the Czech Republic. In 2003, they joined The Timken Company as a Finance Manager and Managing Director. In 2008, Novak became the Plant Manager and Managing Director of Koyo Bearings Czech Republic, overseeing a 500-employee manufacturing plant. Petr was later promoted to President of Koyo Bearings Czech Republic and subsequently held the position of General Manager of the Global Acceleration Team at JTEKT European Operations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Automotive Operations for JTEKT European Operations, responsible for managing nine manufacturing plants across Europe with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost management. Novak has also been involved in corporate planning, risk management, and manufacturing footprint and restructuring activities.
Petr Novak completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from King's College in 1998. Petr later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, which they completed in 2010. Petr has not obtained any additional certifications in their field of study.
