Yousef Shelah

Yousef (Joe) Shelah has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to 2021. In 2021, they are currently working as a Project Manager for JTG, inc. and as a Caddie for CADDIEMASTER®. In 2020, they were a Computer Programming Student at Gavilan College. Yousef (Joe) is also a Foreign Language Teacher (Arabic) at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center since 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Language Instructor MSA/Levantine at JTG inc. From 2016 to 2021, they were a Foreign Language Instructor and a Senior Leader/Manager and Chief Military Language Instructor in Middle Eastern language school III at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). From 2014 to 2016, they were a Program Manager and Senior Instructor/Writer at the 309th Military Intelligence Battalion. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Recruiter and Guidance Counselor at US Army Great Lakes Recruiting Battalion. From 2006 to 2011, they were an Interpretation/Translation Instructor and Interpreter/Translator at the US Army. Lastly, from 2002 to 2006, they were a Franchise Manager/Part Owner at Tim Hortons.

Yousef (Joe) Shelah obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Liberal Arts/ Arabic from Excelsior University between 2016 and 2019. Yousef (Joe) also obtained a Master Resiliency Trainer (MRT) certification from the University of Pennsylvania in July 2016, a Senior Leader Course (SLC) certification from the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy in August 2015, an Army Recruiter certification from the United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) in August 2011, an Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) certification from the United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence in March 2011, an Advanced Leader Course (ALC) certification from the United States Army Non-commissioned Officer Academy in February 2011, a Basic Leader Course certification from the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy in February 2010, a Security services and Personal Security Details (PSD) certification from Gryphon Group Security Solutions LLC in August 2008, and a Translator/Interpreter certification from the US Army in November 2006.
