Aleksandra Dolińska

Aleksandra Dolińska is a Talent Management and Learning & Development Specialist at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since January 2023. Prior to this role, Aleksandra held various positions at JLL from March 2020 to December 2022, including Senior Knowledge Management Expert, Knowledge Management Coordinator, Analyst with Spanish in Lease Administration, and Junior Analyst with Spanish in Lease Administration. Aleksandra's earlier experience includes working as a Software Quality Assurance Tester at Samsung Electronics Polska from November 2016 to February 2020 and as an Exchange Coordinator intern at Uniwersytet SWPS in July 2015. Aleksandra's academic background includes a degree from Uniwersytet SWPS (2012-2017) and a short-term study at Universidad de Málaga in 2016.
