Aleksandra Rzeszutek

Aleksandra Rzeszutek is an experienced Learning & Development professional currently serving as a Learning & Development Expert Manager in the Global L&D GTM Team at JTI since July 2020. Prior to this role, Aleksandra was employed at Danone from February 2014 to June 2020, where responsibilities included developing L&D strategies across various regions and functions, budget management, and coordinating talent reviews and development plans. Earlier experience includes positions in HR and L&D at Wurth, T-Mobile Polska, and Holmes Place. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Psychology from UKSW and has pedagogical qualifications from Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University.
