Alexandra Michalopoulou

Alexandra Michalopoulou is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional FP&A Director for the Americas at JTI since September 2018, responsibilities include leading financial management, guiding the 3-year planning process, and overseeing FP&A teams. Prior to JTI, Alexandra held several key finance roles at Diageo from March 2008 to August 2018, including Commercial Finance Manager and Business Performance Manager, where contributions encompassed P&L management, financial analysis, and strategic decision support. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business, a BSc in Mathematics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, and participation in the Socrates/Erasmus Program at the University of Valencia.
