David de Sousa

David de Sousa is the GBS Global Finance Operations Director at JTI, a position held since 2025. With over 19 years of experience in the BPO/SSC/GBS industry, they have developed expertise in RTR, P2P, and OTC Accounting, as well as strong leadership and management skills. Previously, they managed finance processes across EMEA, MENEAT, and Americas regions at JTI, and served as F&A Process Manager at Schneider Electric. David holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a CIMA diploma in Business Accounting.
