Ewelina Baczkowska

Ewelina Baczkowska is currently serving as a Product Expert Manager at JTI since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ewelina held positions as Product Owner and Client Partner at eStoreMedia from September 2021 to September 2025, and worked as a Global Customer Experience Insights Specialist at Oriflame Poland from April 2020 to August 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Community/Project Manager at Companion from January 2018 to April 2020, Research Specialist and Research Support Junior Specialist at the ISA - Institute of Sensory Analysis, and an IT Assistant at HRK S.A. Ewelina began her professional journey as an intern at HRK S.A. from August 2013 to April 2014. Ewelina's educational background encompasses a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Jan Kochanowski, a Master's degree in Applied Sociology and Social Anthropology from the University of Warsaw, and ongoing doctoral studies in Applied Social Studies at the University of Warsaw.
