Fanny Givel

Fanny Givel is an experienced HR Business Partner Director who has held various strategic roles in multinational organizations, including JTI, where they served as Global HQ HR Director and P&C Business Partner Director. With a strong background in human resources management, Fanny focused on talent management, organizational design, and recruitment strategies to support business functions. They also managed relocation services and directed Agile implementation initiatives. Fanny holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne and a European Business Administration Diploma from West Kent College.
