Honey Grace Andal

Honey Grace Andal currently serves as the IWS Cell Lead Trainer and IWS Process Lead Trainer at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), where responsibilities include training DMS owners and line crew, driving performance improvement through IWS methodologies, and leading the implementation of digital tools for continuous improvement. Prior experience includes a role as Line Lead at Monde Nissin Corporation, overseeing a team and ensuring the efficiency and performance of production processes, as well as positions involving process leadership and technical coaching. Honey began a career as an Oil Movements Engineer at Pilipinas Shell, focusing on engineering flow schemes and cost estimation. Honey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Batangas State University.
