Ivan Trubitsyn has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as the Global Technical Training Center Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since May 2017. Previously, Ivan held various leadership roles at JTI, including Head of HR and Head of Recruiting, Talent & Development. Prior to joining JTI, Ivan was involved in career management and talent development at CORUM Group and served as Learning & Training Manager and Organizational Development Manager at Danone Dairy. Ivan's career began in recruitment with positions at Ancor Banking, Glasford International Ukraine, and Brain Source International, where Ivan gained expertise in executive search and recruitment services. Ivan holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management and HR from the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine.
