Director - Reduced Risk Products, CX And Digital at JTI

Karin Tan has extensive experience in the tobacco and marketing industries, currently serving as the Director of Reduced Risk Products, CX and Digital at JTI since May 2005. Karin Tan has held various strategic roles including Global Senior Manager for the Ploom brand in the heated tobacco category and has been instrumental in the global launch of Ploom Tech. Prior to JTI, Karin Tan worked at McCann Worldgroup and Publicis, managing high-profile clients such as The Coca-Cola Company and Nestlé. Educational qualifications include studies at IMD, ESMT Berlin, Hult Ashridge, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Marketing Communications from Edith Cowan University.
