Kedibone Letsika

Kedibone Letsika serves as the People & Culture Director and Company Secretary at JTI since February 2021, where a significant organizational restructure was successfully led with no CCMA incidences. Prior to this role, Kedibone was the Legal Director for the SEA Cluster and Company Secretary, focusing on legal corporate and commercial decisions as well as risk management. From 2018 to 2021, Kedibone held the position of Legal Director at Heineken South Africa, leading successful commercial acquisitions of craft beer brands. Additional roles include Senior Legal Counsel at Reunert, Group Legal Advisor at Heineken, Legal Counsel at MNS Attorneys, and a Lecturer in Private Law at the University of Johannesburg. Kedibone's educational background includes degrees from prestigious institutions, with a recent completion of the Senior Executive Program Africa at Harvard Business School and a Chartered Company Secretary qualification from Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa.
