Meron Belay

Meron Belay currently serves as a Talent Attraction and Employer Branding Specialist at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since April 2024. Previously, Meron worked as a Recruitment Consultant at R2R Recruitment Careers from September 2023 to April 2024 and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ablaze Labs from June 2023 to September 2023. Additionally, Meron was involved in people operations as a liaison and recruiter at MMCY Tech from June 2022 to May 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Collateral Evaluator at Paulos Wongel Licensed Loss Assessor and Asset Valuator from November 2021 to June 2022. Meron holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology and Management from Addis Ababa University, obtained in October 2021.
