Michael Escalante

Michael Escalante is an experienced HR leader currently serving as Director and Head of HR Service Delivery at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since April 2020. Prior to this role, Michael was the Global Services HR Manager at Johnson & Johnson from June 2016 to April 2020, where responsibilities included managing HR operational activities and ensuring performance targets were met.
