Strategic Insights Lead at JTI

Najwa Kandil is an experienced professional in strategic insights and qualitative research, currently serving as the Strategic Insights Lead at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since May 2024. Prior to this role, Kandil spent over eleven years at Ipsos, where leadership contributions included overseeing the strategic and commercial evolution of the qualitative service line in the MENA region as Senior Research Director. Previous roles also include senior account management and communications positions at Phenomena Communications, Publicis Graphics Jordan, Zenith Optimedia, and the International Advertising Association - Jordan Chapter. Kandil began a career in language education as an English Language Instructor at Berlitz in Istanbul. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in English Literature and International & Cultural Studies from the University of Tampa.
