Pamela Villanueva

Pamela Villanueva is a seasoned professional in new product development with extensive experience at Japan Tobacco International since December 2020, holding roles as Team Lead, Expert, and Specialist. Prior to this, Pamela worked as a Research and Development Specialist at Pioneer Adhesives, Inc. from October 2018 to November 2020, where responsibilities included implementing quality and environmental management systems, conducting research to improve products, and establishing procedures for production. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, earned in 2018.
