Taisa Malamura

Taisa Malamura is currently the R&D PD Improvement and Strategic Planning Director at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), where they consolidate and manage product improvement initiatives across all RRP categories and work closely with various functions. They have over 13 years of experience in new product development, including more than six years leading high-profile cross-functional RRP initiatives. Taisa has held several key roles at JTI, including RRP NPD PMO Director and New Product Development Manager, where they managed complex projects and fostered team development. Taisa's career began at CJSC “Gallaher Ukraine” as a Senior Specialist on Production Projects and Export Orders after earning a degree in Linguistics from Cherkassy State Technological University.
