Tracey Shelley

Tracey Shelley currently serves as the Chief Executive and Company Secretary of BCECA since August 2013, overseeing a trade association focused on engineering, design, procurement, project management, and construction within the energy and process industries. Additionally, Tracey has held the position of Director at ECITB since January 2010, representing BCECA Member Companies and the Offsite Sector, along with serving as an ex-officio Board Member. Previous roles include Regional Account Manager and Strategic Relationship Development focused on nuclear and renewables sectors, as well as Head of Post-graduate Programmes at JTL. Tracey has held leadership positions such as Chief Executive at the Energy Institute and has provided strategic insights as an Independent Board Member and Trustee for the Society of Operations Engineers. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Canterbury Business School and a BA(Hons) in Education Management from Southbank University.
