Dhika Kualandaru

Dhika Kualandaru has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. From November 2019 to August 2020, Dhika worked as a Quality Assurance Tester at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Additionally, from August 2018 to October 2018, Dhika held a position in Disbursement Maintenance at the same company. Prior to that, from April 2016 to January 2018, Dhika worked as an IT Support Technician at PT Cakrawala Mitra Bersama. In more recent roles, Dhika joined Jubelio in November 2019 as a Quality Assurance Tester before transitioning to become a Data Support Specialist from August 2020 to September 2021. From October 2021 to present, Dhika has been serving as a Data Support Lead at Jubelio, where responsibilities include monitoring log data, analyzing and troubleshooting log-related issues with other technical teams.

Dhika Kualandaru obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information System from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI' in the period of 2011 to 2016. Following that, Dhika pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General at the University of Gunadarma from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Dhika also obtained certifications in Python for Data Science from SanberCode in September 2021 and Cisco Networking Academy from Netcampus Training Center in September 2015.
