Hasan Basri has been working as an Onboarding Supervisor at Jubelio since July 2020. Before that, Hasan was a Customer Support at Chilibeli Pte Ltd and QA Dispute & Resolution Management at PT Tokopedia. With a background in Management Agribusiness from IPB University and currently pursuing Gelar Sarjana in Management Business from BINUS University, Hasan has experience in training, resolving issues, and developing customer service divisions.
