Srividya Swaminathan

Srividya Swaminathan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in discovery biology and drug development. Currently serving as AVP Discovery Biology at Jubilant Biosys Limited since January 2019, Srividya has previously held prominent roles at AMRI as Senior Research Scientist II and Senior Research Scientist I, specializing in cell-based assessments and drug development programs across various disease areas, including oncology and neurodegenerative disorders. With a strong background in academic settings as a lecturer and supervisor at the National University of Singapore, Srividya has contributed to the training and mentorship of students and researchers. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from Jawaharlal Nehru University and an MSc in Botany with specialization in Microbiology from Bangalore University.
