He is a Law Graduate from Mumbai University and post graduate in law from Cambridge University, U.K. He has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, derivatives, corporate and financial laws, International business laws and international commercial arbitration. He has been practicing law for the last 37 years and his last association was with the J. Sagar Associates, a national law firm as the Managing Partner.
