Arvind Chokhany

Mr. Chokhany is Group Chief Financial Officer, Jubilant Bhartia Group, and a Member of the Board of Directors, Jubilant Pharmova Limited, and Jubilant Therapeutics.

Arvind has over 25 years of experience with leadership roles in large multinational institutions like Tata’s, Deutsche bank, Standard Chartered and HDFC Bank. In addition, he brings proficiency in strategic business planning, business origination and development, policy advocacy and change management, investments underwriting, portfolio and asset management, finance operations, capital and balance sheet management, mergers & acquisitions, structured debt & equity origination, investor relations and board management.

Previously, Arvind was the CFO for multiple Tata group entities, where he managed the financial, customer and stakeholder governance, joint venture partner selection and agreements, investments underwriting, enhancing the investor ROCE through divestments, finance operations, and risk governance.

Arvind is a merit rank-holder in professional examinations of both, the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India (ICWAI), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
