Paul Knutson is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in customer technical product support and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Technical Product Support & Projects at Caavo since May 2018, Paul has successfully built a world-class multi-tier support department and consistently exceeded customer satisfaction targets. Prior to Caavo, Paul held leadership roles at HARMAN International/Samsung Electronics, where responsibilities included overseeing global customer support for major product lines, and at AMX, where management of engineering services and technical support organizations was essential. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University.

OUR ORIGIN In 2015, we set out with a simple yet revolutionary goal: make TV easy for everyone. Fast forward to 2018, and our first product—the Caavo Control Center HDMI Hub and smart remote—hit the market and captured hearts. Heck, Time magazine even called it one of the "Best Gadgets!" INTRODUCING JUBILEETV: CARE FROM ANYWHERE Then came Covid-19. The pandemic brought into sharp focus a critical and often neglected issue—the social isolation of our aging seniors and the need for better support systems. We recognized an opportunity to use TV, already an integral part of older adults’ lives, to provide remote care and connection. Thus, JubileeTV, our flagship product for families with older loved ones, was born. JubileeTV helps families support their aging loved ones to keep them safe, happy, and well, regardless of distance. Now our resolve is stronger than ever. We are dedicated to improving the lives of both families and seniors by promoting their independence and keeping them connected. The mission shift exemplifies Caavo's agility and our commitment to using technology to help address pressing social challenges.
