Olga Kalinina has had extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles. Olga'smost recent position was as Chief Marketing Officer at JUCR starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as Chief Marketing Officer at Wuplo from 2021 to 2022, where they successfully launched a new grocery delivery brand and achieved significant growth. Olga also worked as a Marketing Director at DiDi from 2020 to 2021 and as an Interim CMO in a self-employed capacity from 2018 to 2020.
Before that, Olga held various marketing positions at Uber, where they served as Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing from 2014 to 2018. During their time at Uber, they were responsible for building the company's brand in Russia and overseeing strategic planning, goal setting, budgeting, and reporting. Prior to Uber, Olga co-founded the agency Raum7, specializing in UX/UI design, branding, and digital marketing.
Olga's earlier experience includes serving as Co-founder and CMO at Lokolo.ru, a social network for neighbors, from 2011 to 2014. Olga was involved in all aspects of marketing, brand, community management, and PR activities. Additionally, Olga worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Velle in 2009 and as a Marketing and PR Manager at AVANTA Personnel (Adecco Group Russia) from 2007 to 2009. Olga started their career as a Marketing Manager and Head of the Marketing Department at Baltika Group from 2005 to 2007.
