Gina Hortatsos

Gina Hortatsos currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at DefenseStorm since August 2025 and holds a position as a Board Member at Casted from April 2020 to the present. Previous experience includes leading global marketing and community initiatives at HackerOne as Head of Marketing and Community from June 2023 to June 2025, and serving as Chief Marketing Officer at LogicGate from September 2019 to May 2023. Gina also worked as Vice President of Marketing at FourKites, Inc. between July 2018 and September 2019, and held various marketing leadership roles at Hyland and SAP, focusing on integrated marketing and demand generation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and multiple MBA degrees from Pepperdine University and IESE Business School.
