Victor Carvalho

Victor Carvalho has a diverse range of work experiences in the software engineering and IT fields. Victor began their career as an HR Analyst Jr at Empresa de Transportes Andorinha S.A. in 2004. Victor then transitioned into technical roles, working as a Technical Manager at Prudentec from 2007 to 2018, where they managed software projects and provided technical support.

From 2016 to 2017, Victor worked as a Java opensource developer at Aion Unique, where they collaborated with a German development team on an online game emulator application.

In 2018, they joined CroSoften as a Java Microservices Backend Developer, contributing to the development of REST microservices and participating in a backend team focused on distance learning innovations.

From 2020 to 2022, Victor held multiple roles at LIT Onlearning and Quantic Company :: Engenharia de Software as a Software Architect Consultant, responsible for architectural refinement and providing technical expertise. Victor also served as a Software Engineering Manager at LIT Onlearning from 2021 to 2022, leading a team and refining business requirements.

In 2022, Victor joined CI&T as a Senior Software Architect, leading technical operations with an international scope and providing technical guidance and design documentation.

Currently, Victor holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at JUCR, starting in November 2022.

Victor Carvalho completed a Bachelor's degree in Systems of Information from Universidade do Oeste Paulista from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology/ Biological Sciences - General from the same university from 2008 to 2012.
