Charlotte Hudson is a qualified nutritionist and experienced customer care manager with a strong background in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Currently serving as a Customer Care Manager at Jude since February 2024, Charlotte previously held the same role at Heights, leading initiatives to maintain high customer satisfaction scores and significantly increasing the subscription base through enhanced efficiency. Prior to this, Charlotte worked as a Nutritionist and Health Coach at Decipher Nutrition Ltd, providing personalized nutrition plans. Additional experience includes roles in market research, consultancy, and staff management, complemented by a Master's degree with Distinction in Business with Entrepreneurship and a First Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition, both from Northumbria University.
