Kevin Williams, DCIE, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin currently works as a Data Center Lead / SME for The Judge Group, where they provide IT Data Center Facility Lead Services to the Army Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) in Dallas, Texas. Kevin co-deployed maintenance processes for service contract support and improved service metrics for the FileNet Optical Disk Storage Systems. Kevin was later promoted to a 2nd Level Hardware Support Analyst, providing customer support to HP Field Staff nationally.
