Meghan Roberts, M.S., SPHR, ACC has worked in various roles throughout their career. Meghan currently holds the position of SVP of Talent & Organizational Development at The Judge Group since January 2023. In this role, they report directly to the CEO and is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing customized solutions to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Meghan conducts organizational assessments, analyzes results, and designs and executes solutions to improve engagement, collaboration, and productivity.

Prior to their current role, Meghan worked as the VP of Talent & Organizational Development at The Judge Group starting from January 2021. In this role, they also reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for designing and implementing solutions to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Before joining The Judge Group, Meghan served as an HR Leader at Envision Healthcare from January 2020 to December 2020. In this role, they functioned as a strategic adviser, coach, and consultant to senior operational and clinical leaders on talent-related issues.

Meghan also founded Talent First Consulting in July 2016 and served as a Founder, Coach, and Consultant. In this capacity, they helped organizations shape and execute strategy through exceptional leadership. Meghan used executive coaching and leadership training approaches to boost leadership capabilities and transform organizations.

Meghan's previous experience includes working as an HR Executive at Vynamic LLC from October 2012 to June 2016, where they managed all aspects of human resources and directed strategic planning, culture-building, talent management, and leadership development. Meghan also served as the Director of Training and Development at Vynamic LLC from October 2010 to October 2012, where they built and led the training and development function.

Furthermore, Meghan worked as the Director of Training at Advance Central Services, Inc. from December 2007 to September 2009. In this role, they designed and implemented training programs and managed external learning vendors.

Earlier in their career, Meghan held the position of Director of Strategic Management at the Philadelphia Housing Authority from February 2005 to October 2007. Meghan designed, implemented, and managed training programs for the organization's employees.

Prior to that, Meghan worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Provenir from October 2002 to February 2005, where they designed and developed application decisioning software for financial and banking institutions.

Lastly, Meghan began their career as a Consultant at Accenture from July 2000 to October 2002. Meghan played an integral part in implementing a Shared Service Center for American Water and developed and maintained business case to show the cost benefits of implementing the center. Meghan also worked on business process workflows with subject matter experts in cash management.

Meghan Roberts holds a Master's degree in Adult & Organizational Development from Temple University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business from 1996 to 2000. Meghan also graduated from Trinity High School in 1996. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation in December 2019. Meghan received the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from iPEC Coaching in 2018. Meghan also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, which they obtained in 2013. Meghan has further certifications in Hogan Assessment, Taking Flight with DISC, and Energy Leadership Index from various institutions.
