Sonsherra Rivera

Sonsherra "Sonnie" Rivera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent recruitment and management. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager to the Senior VP at The Judge Group since January 2010, Sonsherra focuses on proactive talent sourcing, qualification, and coordination, with a strong emphasis on understanding the marketplace. Prior roles include Staffing Manager at Staffing Now, where responsibilities included recruiting and placing candidates, and Manager at The Judge Group, overseeing a diverse team of technical recruiters and sales representatives. Additionally, Sonsherra contributed to the community as a volunteer board member and coach at West Tampa Little League, and previously worked as a Secretary/Office Manager for Dr. Angelo Della Ripa.
