Rory Broderick

Rory Broderick began their work experience as a Lifeguard at Riverlodge Health and Fitness Club in 2007 and continued in that role until 2013. In 2011, they also worked as a Beach Lifeguard for Galway County Council during the summer months. In 2014, they joined Amazon as a Customer Service Representative, providing technical support and troubleshooting customer issues. Rory then moved into a role as a Customer Service Mentor, providing guidance and support to new hires and handling escalations and supervisor requests. In 2016, they became a Workflow Specialist at Amazon, managing day-to-day operations and scheduling for a large team of Customer Service Associates. Rory then transitioned to Intranet Connections in 2017, first as a Business Development Representative and then as an Account Executive. Rory worked there until 2018 before joining JUDI.AI in 2019 as a Customer Support Specialist.

Rory Broderick completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience at University College Cork from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Rory obtained a certification in Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in April 2021.
