Alan Berkowitz

Alan Berkowitz has extensive experience in the field of mediation, currently serving as a Mediator at Judicate West since January 2011. Berkowitz specializes in resolving domestic and international labor and employment disputes, including issues related to discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, wage and hour class actions, as well as complex business cases involving breach of contract, unfair competition, and misappropriation of trade secrets. Prior to their role at Judicate West, Berkowitz held the position of Partner at Bingham McCutchen from 2000 to 2010 and at McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen from 2000 to 2002.
