John Leo Wagner

John Leo Wagner is an accomplished mediator and arbitrator currently serving at Judicate West since March 2005, following a distinguished tenure as a United States Magistrate Judge. Wagner has held significant leadership roles, including Past President and Distinguished Neutral at the International Academy of Mediators, which advocates for the highest standards in commercial mediation. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney, Mediator, and Arbitrator at Irell & Manella, where Wagner led the ADR Practice Group and the Irell & Manella ADR Center. Additionally, Wagner was instrumental in founding the court-annexed mediation program during time as a United States Magistrate Judge in the Northern District of Oklahoma from 1985 to 1997. Educational credentials include a JD in Law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, earned between 1977 and 1979.
